Guidelines for Speakers / Oral Presentations
- All the speakers are requested to keep maximum 25 slides for the presentations
- 20 minutes of the slot includes questionnaire and acknowledgment
- All speakers are requested to submit their abstracts at least 3 months prior to the event and all the presentation should be submitted at least 1 week prior to the, event coordinator via email.
- It is difficult to shuffle the laptops at the podium all speakers must submit the presentations; to the coordinators before the event.
- If you aren’t comfortable with MAC, please mention the same while submitting your presentation.
- All presentations will be in English language only.
